Leading in a Visible Learning School

The major argument Dr. John Hattie puts forth in his Visible Learning research relates to how educators think about their role. We need to turn away from attempting to find the “right thing”—the right program, resource, the right teaching/leadership method, or the right organizational structure. When educators become the evaluators of their impact, then they have established the basis for the greatest single improvement in their school. Learn where and how you might start this journey in your school.
